Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information the site may collect, how it is used, and how third-party services fit in. By using the site you acknowledge this policy.
Identity and login
Steam (primary sign-in)
Accounts are created and signed in through Steam (OpenID and the Steam Web API). We store identifiers and profile data needed to run the service, such as your Steam ID, display name, avatar URLs, and other fields returned by Steam where available (for example profile visibility, country/location fields, and timestamps Steam exposes).
Discord (optional)
You may link Discord to your account after signing in with Steam. If you do, we store your Discord user id, username / global name, avatar, and other profile fields returned by Discord’s OAuth flow, and we may store a private channel id used by our bots for notifications. Linking Discord requires an existing Steam-linked account.
FACEIT (optional)
You may link FACEIT to your account after signing in with Steam. If you do, we store your FACEIT id, nickname, name, email when provided, avatar, country, linked Steam references returned by FACEIT, and related account metadata (for example membership or settings fields returned by the API).
We also keep provider identity rows (which external account is tied to which user) for Steam, Discord, and FACEIT where applicable.
Site usage data
We use cookies and session storage as needed for normal website operation (for example keeping you signed in, CSRF protection, and remembering UI choices such as acknowledging the privacy notice).
Server and application logs may include technical data such as IP addresses, user agents, timestamps, and request paths for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and reliability.
Payments
If you use payment features, our payment provider may process data required to complete the transaction (for example IP address and related metadata as part of fraud prevention and processing). That processing is subject to the provider’s terms and policies as well as this policy where we control the data.
Tournaments, teams, and community features
We store information you submit in connection with tournaments (including Discord usernames when a tournament requires them), teams, registrations, brackets, and similar features.
We may cache or display public game-platform data (for example from Steam or other APIs) to show leaderboards, profiles, or news. Community integrations (for example Discord server metadata used for posts or embeds) may process guild or channel identifiers as needed for those features.
User-generated content
If the site allows comments, posts, or other submissions, we store the content you submit together with your account association and settings needed to display or moderate it.
How we use this information
We use the data above to provide and improve the website, authenticate users, run tournaments and teams, send service-related notifications where applicable, prevent abuse, comply with law, and operate integrations with Steam, Discord, FACEIT, and other services you choose to use.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed with service providers that make the site work (including Steam, Discord, FACEIT, hosting, payment processors, and infrastructure), or when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for tournament records, legal, security, or operational purposes, then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise those rights, use the mechanisms the site provides (such as profile or account settings) where available.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
