Sorry for the late answer. But i totally forgot what exactly i did. It was from 3 Years ago... What i remember, i was doing it with a boost-partner, it makes things easy.
One should build many lvl. 1 troops and the other build a strong defense on a planet. If you think you have enough troops you can send them in and loose all of them(it should be a 0% chance to survive/sucess) you can reaload a savegame to do it again it makes things faster.
But i see, you nearly finish this achievement. .
